In-Home Audition Terms & Conditions

As soon as we have received payment from you, in the form of a check or by Visa / MasterCard account, the unit(s) will ship. Polyfusion will pay the freight from our factory to your door.

Once you receive the components, hook them up and enjoy. During the evaluation, feel free to call with any questions or comments . We encourage you to share your opinions on the equipment with us.

After your evaluation, should you elect to return one or all the pieces, please follow the steps below.

1. Simply call the factory and ask for a Return Authorization number. Please call within (14) days after you have received the product. In order for us to receive product and issue credit, an RA # must be issued.
2. Upon issuance of the RA #, a UPS call tag will be issued. Please repackage the units carefully and return in original cartons. Be sure to include all original packaging, cords, manuals, etc. Failure to do so may result in less than a full refund.
3. An inspection of the units will be performed, upon receipt at the factory.
4. A refund check or a credit will be issued, less the cost of the return shipping and any necessary repairs.
