Polyfusion Electronics, located in Lancaster, NY has been serving the needs of varied industries since its incorporation in 1975. These industries include manufacturers of robotics, medical equipment, energy management equipment, musical instruments, and others in need of circuitry for industrial process controls and automation.

Polyfusion has grown from a two man, "basement operation", into a multi-million dollar company employing 35 dedicated professionals. It now owns and occupies a High-Tech custom designed, 20,000 sq. ft. facility. This modern facility offers the ingredients necessary for excellent productivity and high morale, and when coupled with stringent process control, results in the production of superior quality products.

Focusing on the design and production of low to moderate volume specialized electronic assemblies, Polyfusion is serving a niche market. In addition to its OEM work, Polyfusion produces several product lines of its’ own. These include High-End Audio components for the Ultra-Audiophile and Pro-Audio equipment for the Sound Reinforcement industry.

Whether designing, manufacturing, or assembling for its Contract Customers or its own product lines, Polyfusion adheres to ISO 9000 standards to insure reliable and consistent products. Our Test and Inspection Departments work hand in hand with the Production Shop to maintain the highest quality level and strive for ongoing customer satisfaction.

Our Facility

Polyfusion Electronics is located in a custom designed, 20,000 square foot, hi-tech building which was completed in 1988. Within this facility we maintain our corporate offices, research and development labs, production and manufacturing, stockroom, and warehouse. Our clean environment is well organized, highly efficient and inherently conducive to maximum productivity.

We have complete tooling and equipment for most electronic, and electromechanical manufacturing, and testing. Additionally, we provide technical support at all levels from conceptual design through final test.

Our Staff

Our staff is comprised of versatile, well trained professionals with capabilities extending into nearly all disciplines of the industry. Research and development is performed by experienced professionals with proven track records and appropriate education. Our manufacturing personnel are well trained, highly skilled, quality conscious individuals who take pride in their work.

Service and maintenance is handled by qualified technicians using high quality test equipment, proper documentation, and the correct replacement parts.
